5 billions project for *CIP Costa del Pacífico

The development of the first Center Integrally Planned of Sinaloa that will take for name Costa del Pacífico will need a total investment of $ 5,225 million pesos according to the offer of the National Fund of Promotion to the Tourism.(FONATUR)
For the CIP, which will be located on the coast that goes of Rosario to Teacapan, Fonatur raised to the Deputies' Chamber an investment of $ 1’157,000.00 million pesos next year, according to the Project of Budget of Expenditures of the Federation presented to the legislators on Monday. In the document there is described that the Integrally planned Center will develop 154 lots in which it will be Touristic Resorts, Hotels, Residential and Urban Housings, Beach Clubs, Golf Courses, Marina and Malls among others.
This 2008 estimated an investment in the zone of $ 476 million pesos, for the preparations of the project, and more or less similar quantities are foreseen after 2009. For the next year there would be destined the highest sum of the project with which it will start in form this development, which will rely on an infrastructure similar to that of other centers integrally planned like it was Cancun and Nuevo Vallarta.
A source of the Secretariat of Tourism confirmed that the project will be called Costa del Pacífico and that it might be announced of official form next week by the Governor Jesus Aguilar Padilla.
The Government of the State today there does public that they will initiate the works for the production of Rosario-Teacapán's Regional Plan, as part of the State Program of Urban Development and launches the summons for the public consultation of this plan.
He indicates that the interested parties will be able to take part in the urban and tourist development of the State, they can present offers from today until November 9, 2008; and the offers will have to appear in the administrative agencies of the State.
